To help expedite your return process and ensure transparency, we kindly request you to record a short video while opening your package upon receiving it. This video serves as proof of the item’s condition on arrival and will assist us in processing your return smoothly. Please keep this video handy in case we need to verify the condition of the product.

Step 1: Initiate Your Return
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, initiate your return within 3 days of receiving your order. Step 2: Return the Item
Once your return request is approved, you'll receive a return authorization number and instructions on how to send the item back to us. Pack the item securely in its original packaging (if possible), include all original accessories, and attach the return authorization number. Ship the package to the provided return address.
