  • Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation call from our team within 24–48 hours.

  • Your order will only be shipped after confirmation via call—this ensures accuracy and eliminates delivery issues.

  • You will also receive SMS alerts and real-time updates about your order status—from confirmation to shipping and final delivery.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Standard Delivery Time: 3–7 business days (depending on your location in India).

  • Orders are processed Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays).

  • Remote or less accessible regions may require additional delivery time.

We work with India’s most trusted logistics providers (like Delhivery, Bluedart, and Xpressbees) to ensure your package is handled with care and delivered on time.

7. Delivery Issues / RTO (Return to Origin)

  • If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address, unreachable contact number, or unavailability, the parcel will be returned to us.

  • In such cases, our team will get in touch to reconfirm your details and arrange reshipment.

  • Please note: In repeated delivery failures, re-shipping charges may apply.

8. International Shipping
